With a track record of driving operational efficiency, revenue growth, and long-term profitability, in his career Craig has supported more than 195 franchise locations across 29 states.

    With over 13 years working with national franchisors, Craig has built a reputation for transforming underperforming units, guiding new franchisees from inquiry to onboarding, and leading high-impact organizational health sessions. His leadership has helped franchises not only meet but exceed their sales and staffing goals, thanks to his expertise in analyzing KPIs, managing P&L statements, and training teams for peak performance.

    Today, Craig’s passion lies in guiding aspiring entrepreneurs toward discovering their future through business ownership. Outside of work, Craig is a proud husband to his wife Lori and father to his daughter Lindsey and son Colton.
